A sport to promote health!
Trampolining is a good all round sport which improves stamina, agility, body strength, body awareness, concentration, self confidence, self discipline, and above all is enjoyable!

Aero Kinetics also welcomes children with special needs using trampolining as a fun therapy to help children improve mobility and co ordination.

Last session of this half term block is Saturday 25th October.
No club sessions during half term holiday week but we will have optional training sessions for competition members.
